The Senate Appropriations Committee is meeting today at 2:00 p.m. EST to debate and amend the Fiscal Year 2009 Transportation Appropriations Bill.
Senator Byron Dorgan (ND) is once again offering an amendment to strip funding from the cross border trucking pilot program.
