Enjoy a hot, healthy breakfast that's quick and easy.



Tomato basil wraps
Cheese (optional)
Turkey sausage crumbles
Spinach (fresh)
Egg beaters (also egg whites only egg beaters)
Salt and pepper (salt optional)

Pour egg beaters in a bowl. Microwave until half done, about 20-30 seconds, Stir. Add spinach and turkey sausage crumbles. Microwave another 30 seconds, Salt and pepper . Put cheese on wrap, then put the egg, sausage and spinach on top. Fold or roll up and enjoy.

If you leave out the salt and use egg white egg beaters, it is a much healthier choice.
