The Kraft cheese was 250 mg of sodium, stuff adds up fast.

After cardio exercise later on, will take off about minus 400 calories, so I will eat about a 1000 calories soon and still be short on calories. Total calories a day needed is 2500, somedays more demanding on the exercise routine. My Exercise is lite to moderate, but the bowflex we got will be a new routine for me.
