Anyone going to the awards dinner tonight?
I have yet to go to any of the functions put on by the big E.
Looking at some of the pics in the newsletter looks like a good time but would actually prefer a little something extra in pay then all these "perks".
Supposed to be getting a jacket from saftey for being accident free for a year. To that I say thank you, however, how about instead of a dinner and jacket when things are done well just give an increase in pay/mile for say the next year of .02-.05?
Now thats an incentive I could really get behind.
