Layout,,everything I opened was for 2008 season?????

Is my connection that slow:D
Something tells me the state is that far behind..

I going to assume this is for state land as usual as land owners normally get almost unlimited doe permits (over the counter),,or use too..Not sure tho we have laid off on the doe's the last few season as things ain't looking good around our area,,new neighbors and lack of crops in the last few years have changed something...
I seen Cincinnati is have some kinda whitetail expo coming up later this month..focusng on QDM..
Sponsored by CHEVY,,,thought GM was broke:D
If I see the ad again Ill post it for anyone stuck in the area that weekend

They will be avaible on July 15th. Make no difference to where we hunt, same place every year. NOT many deer but my dad likes it and it is easy for him to get to a spot. At his age I will give him that just to have the chance to hunt with him again. Not many seasons left for him. He will be 87 by the time this season starts.

A visit to some of your local farmers that have crop damage permits could put you in the hunt.

That will often work but it is getting more and more difficult in Southern Michigan. More and more farms are now owned by "city people". Many of them seem to be anti-hunting. Of course then they complain about the deer doing damage and want the State to provide the deer with birth control. MMM Safe sex for deer? The world is getting VERY WACKY!!!

I hear ya,,Not sure I agree on that program completely tho,,
The way I look at it,,,and it maybe wrong but if taxpayers are going to pay for eaten crops or damaged crops,,,Farmers should enter into some sort of program that allows part of the public (responsible public) to hunt the lands????Maybe I am wrong I know its private lands and all..
We do have plenty of private land to hunt and we will get some in the freezer one way or another,,,We just been trying to let the doe walk until we are fairly sure we are going to get skunked as the season winds down..Dont get me wrong,, will take em if we have to:(

Aint that something Layout,,,Our county has for 2 years running now paid (so called)Professional hunters to clear out an area..It wasn't cheap..
Anyone in their right mind could have figured out how to do it with spending money,,they many have even made a buck or two on private permits??

Well gotta ride,,,only had ten mins here to hack into the internet for a bit
