This one belongs with the annual Stelar awards for criminal stupidity.
There is a convience store about a mile away from my home. At about 0200 last Sunday morning 2 guys smashed the front door open and somehow stole a ATM machine that was right inside. They loaded it into the back of a PU,had it sitting up and didn't cover it. Needless to say the Police nabbed them in less then a hour when they were parked with the ATM sitting up in the back visible to all.

Teehee, good one Rich. They were almost as dumb as the guy who robbed a convenience store, then walked home - in fresh snow, lol. "Criminal stupidity" is kind of redundant, though, when there's so many ways to rob people legally - like the deal Panther Art just posted on...x( Or the banks raising your interest rate because you made a payment late, on an account that wasn't theirs...
