AT&T (lack of ) mobile service

AT&T has the worst service I have ever seen . My carrier tried several providers and AT&T ranked the lowest . My wife tried an AT&T aircard and brought it back after 3 days . She has AT&T mobile and I have Verizon . There have been many locations where she can't get a signal and I have no problem .
I had AT&T DSL and landline and spent 3 months talking to people speaking broken English in 3rd world countries transferring calls and putting me on hold . Billing would blame tech service . Tech service would blame billing . Then I got smart and asked for a 3 way call where I could talk to billing and service at the same time . They handled that by lying to me . So I complained to the FCC twice . That succeeded in getting me credits for the times I had unsatisfactory service but it could not cure the incompetency .
Avoid AT&T and if you have them and have problems contact the FCC .
