Hey, i was just wandering aimlessly through cyberspace, and I found something that tweaked me. this is sort of a guide to determine if you're really an employee in disguise. there are 20 questions and you may or may not be surprised which side you fall on more often than not. the site is:

I went to the site you have in your post and did some checking on that company. They are nothing but an over priced temporary agency looking to contract with other companies that use independent contractors, that will knock you right out of the box. This company is designed to get companies like the ones you lease on with to hire them as the contractor so they can get drivers to work for them as employees. I wouldn't trust the ink they used to print all that mumbo-jumbo on that web site. If you want some good true facts go to:

Or ask yourself this ----------------- Am I really an independent contractor----------------

These two links should be some good help. Good Luck
