Are we underinsured?

If you are using the Physical Damage insurance offered by FedEx CC through Baldwin and Lyons, are you fully covered against underinsured or uninsured drivers? The back of the coverage sheet contains the following: "The Named Insured has properly rejected all uninsured, underinsured, and no-fault (including PIP) coverages on behalf of all additional insureds, except where required by law, in which case minimum limits were elected. Each additional insured authorizes rejections and elections."

Call CIS (Commercial Insurance Solutions) and ask them what that policy covers vs the policy they sell.
And see what the price difference is.
I think you will be surprised.

I checked with CIS. Their prices are much higher for a Sprinter than Baldwin Lyons. Baldwin Lyons will not sell me an add-on to the Fedex CC policy for uninsured motorists.

I just can not see running without protection against uninsured motorists. Anyone have any ideas?
