Another "Give Away" in the works??

Several here have said that the "commerical real estate" market was going to collapse sooner then later and well, its about to happen....and barry is considering "another bailout"....made of of money we don't have that they will have to borrow, or print....either way its just more debt for the country and more tax dollars that will be extracted from the people to pay for it...and i fnd it hilarious that they are just NOW getting a "Briefing" to the "bailout messiah!"....

Lets see...

the banks and insurance companies
Government Motors and Chysler
fannie and freddy (mortages)
taking over healthcare
talking about bailing out the print media
working to pass laws to help music radio surivive (more gov inflicted fines)
talk of bailing out the porn industry
the "stimulus plan", that has done nothing but for the most part fund highway work that was already funded by another source....(combination of state and fed money)
trying to buy off the elderly with a $250 check for those on SS
"Obama Money" from his "stash" to those in Detroit...

I am sure i am missing more then a few, but now we should see a fed hadout for the commerical real estate market....what a joke...

FOX Business has learned that President Obama has been briefed by his economic team on widespread problems with commercial real estate loans, an issue many believe is the next financial shoe to drop.

Developers holding the loans and having trouble refinancing are asking the government for assistance.

The briefing shows the Obama Administration is at least considering taking some action.
