Annual NET per truck/Fleet Owner ROI

As I continue on this quest to get rolling, creating acres of excel spreadsheets, most of the numbers are coming up "within expectations". Maybe not "ideal", but close to what I expect them to be and/or in line with info I find here or at other sources.

There is, however, one number I need to get a reality check on: Owner ROI/Net Yield.

I'm setting up to drive for an owner (read: investor). We're planning on something similar to a "standard" 60/40 contract, Solo driver, and leasing on with Panther in a 22' ST w/liftgate & maybe a TAG axle.

So, my question to Fleet Owners is this: Is $25,000 +/- Annual NET Yield per truck a plausible number?? High? Low?

I know no one can guarantee any estimate and an errant speck of dust 3 galaxies away can affect everything in this industry, but am I in the ballpark???
