America On Line

Our good old HP computer had the printer crash the other day.tried to get it going to no avail. Finally we deinstalled and reinstalled the Windows 95 (I know it!s old) software. To reinstall AOL it was necessary to call them twice, guess what the old call center was in Virginia, the present call center is in the country of India. The rep admitted that. Wonder how many Americans lost their jobs over that switch. They should be renamed INDIA ON LINE. I will change providers if I can find out for sure they employ Americans. Anyone have experience with Earthlink??

Rich, I would truly recommend a cable hook up. But! If you insist on a phone line, look into I.D.T. # is 800CallIDT. I had them for 4yrs, before I switched to cable. My bill was a whopping $13.95 a month plus tax. I had very good service with them!!!

Is this a card? So, you have unlimited day/night usage a month for under $40? Hmm does it come in everywhere?
