DAVIESS CO., KY - Emergency management officials have issued an amber alert for a 13-year-old girl named Haley Willett. Willet is described as Caucasian with blond hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and about 102 lbs. 43-year-old Archie Whalen is a suspect in her disappearance. He is described as Caucasian male with brown hair, hazel eyes and is 6-feet-tall and about 200 lbs.

Authorities say Haley Willet was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Saturday on Julia Avenue in Owensboro Kentucky. Authorities believe Whalen might be traveling in a red 1999 Chevy Silverado, license plate number 8017RF, with a sleep-in camper attached to the truck bed.

Owensboro Police say Whalen is possibly in route to Han**** Maine or New York, NY. Detectives also received information from Haley's aunt that she heard mention of an unknown location in Florida.

Authorities believed Whalen is armed and dangerous. He is also believed to have sexual intent with the juvenile. Daviess County Sheriffs say the two are not related.

Haley was last seen wearing short blue jean shorts and a white tank top.

Authorities ask anyone with information to call 911 or contact the Daviess County Sheriff's Department at (270) 685-8444.

The children were last seen at 16:00 pm on 09252009 and may be en route to Chesapeake, VA. The Shelby Township Police Department says Justice and Steven Kosenko were alleged abducted by Amy Nicole Krol. The abductor and children are traveling in the listed vehicle.
