Is there such a thing? Can one's current dolly legs be converted? If there is such a thing, what companies does one check with? Are there websites to go to? Thanks.

Thank you for the information. Two of those places are in Elkhart and I'll be going there in a couple of weeks to get a ProHeat installed so it will be very close to check them out. Do you have any idea of costs?

Holland trailers sells them. They are electric and are about 1500. You can buy the motor seperate but not sure of the cost.

Before I forget, Holland probably has 500 locations nationwide

I used an air drill. Take the handle off and weld on a nut. Make sure the gear is in low. Works slick but it wakes up your co-driver.

Sounds like a much more cost effective method. I have a quick disconnect coupler on my air tank. The air drill will set the legs solidly enough when you reach resistance?

You should not have much resistance if you are using the legs right. All you want to do is steady the truck so as not to scare the forklift driver. Yes it has alot of power and if you do run the legs down too far, no big deal, just pull the trigger. I had to run the engine about 1000 rpm to keep up with the drill(1/2 inch ).
