Excellent article. And Tom Wolfe is one of my favorite writers. A favorite quote of his came from an article he wrote for the Wall Street Journal where he stated, "The universe of blogs is a universe of rumors, every nook and cranny being stuffed with unverified information of uncertain origin, all of it a black hole singularity of intellect and integrity. Once sucked in there is no coming back."
