Just wanted to thank AA sleepers of Fort Worth,Tx., publicly for the quick and through service we had done while in Tx. last week. Had a leak and they told us to come right in and worked on it until they had found the problem and fixed it. We were able to get it fixed in an afternoon . They had to remove air conditioning unit and replaced all insulation and mounting boards,then refiberglas the inside roof(bondo?),then re calk inside and out on the roof. They had at least 5 people working on it ,including the supervisor.
One of the workers asked Becky if she liked the cabinets and of course ,if you've seen a AA sleeper who wouldn't like them,she said they were great. He thanked her and told her he makes all of the storage cabinets for the sleepers there on site.
They apologized for the leak and also installed front curtains for our trouble of bringing it in for the repair, all free of charge. A great place and very courteous people who do want to make the best sleeper they can make. No restraunts/or stores nearby ,but a waiting room with coffee and soda.
They do allow you to observe as they do the repairs nothing hidden from the customer. A big thank-you to AA.
Also they told us next time they wanted to restain the table as it was looking a little used.
