A Few Questions.....

Hello I have been reading EO For a few weeks now, and have some questions. I apolagize if these seem like stupid questions but here they are....

1) Do all carriers require B unit drivers to have a cdl, even if it is not required in their home state?

2) Must B unit drivers keep a log book, and stop at weigh stations?

3) Do the new hours of service rules apply to B units?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No {most do though,and if you carry Hazmat you must have an endorsement,and you need a CDL to get one.}
2] No {some exeptions Alabama ,Placard Hazmat loads.}
3] No {exeptions Hazmat loads,and you will wish you did if you are involved in an accident.}
