2007 HINO going into Limp Mode

Anyone have any suggestions for a 2007 Nissan/Hino UD 1400 that goes into limp mode about 10 seconds after starting. Upon initial startup the engine revs and runs fine, but as soon as the engine light comes on it goes into limo mode. Vehicle has had a brand new turbo/actuator installed and the problem in persists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Of course they are probably going to need the codes off the computer.

Yep codes, Vin. 4 or 6 cyl ? Would help. I have seen a few issues with the can line to the VNT chaffing near the alternator. Pretty much guessing without having any more info. Could be fuel related as well. Codes would really help narrow it down.
