Hi my name is Jose and I a have a 2007 hino 268 and it’s always at tree quarters and I know it’s not normal. I did a radiator flush and changed the thermostat. I need to know if it’s my fan clutch or does it have a fan clutch relay?

It has a thermostatic fan clutch. Do you ever hear it engage? You may want to blow the fins out on the radiator, they get totally clogged with dirt and debris.
