I just had the a/c system freon recovered, vacuum tested and reloaded to proper specs. I did this due to that I felt it wasn't cooling enough when stopped. The a/c blew nice and cold all the way to Pensacola. I went to bed with it idling (which I always have done since new) but woke up with it blowing hot air. The a/c just isn't kicking on. I want to check the fuse first of all. Can help me locate the right fuse for the a/c?

Under the drivers seat. The big green one. You can get a replacement at Autozone.

I currently drive a Chevy van and allot of my trips have been to FL this year. Your problem maybe what I finally found out.
It is the high heat and also the humidity that causes the unit @ idle to actually freeze up. Mine only occurred during traffic stops and or slow downs.
also check the cabin air filter to be sure it is clean.
