This is easy, I did this one for a week and moved to another level, but still kept it low key. You do not have to follow all the moves, stop if you get sick or dizzy or just wear out early. You will find those old muscles and joints get somewhat locked up thru the years....take it easy and stop when you need to.....enjoy

go to youtube to find more of these, really low impact and will not intimidate you, no heavy wieghts and all that..............PS I still struggle with the squats , so I do not squat down to far, the old knee acts up...
