The swb Sprinter is an appealing vehicle in some ways, a foot shorter and a 9 foot smaller turning radius than my van with stand up height as another bonus. The Nissan SV 3500 is very similar in all those regards with the benefit of several hundred more pounds capacity as well plus a much lower load floor.
The drawback to either is the 2 skid limit however at least with Fedex 2 skids is the limit in a van regardless of the van's capacity. The drawback only factors in if one goes to another carrier. The foot smaller size with a full roadway lane tighter turning radius is very appealing though. It will be interesting to see what the specs are on the longer Nissan when it comes out in a one ton version.
