1099?

I drive for an owner leased on with FXcc. When my owner/boss sends me my 1099, is that when he reports to the IRS my anual income, or does he do that monthly? If annually, is that a lump sum figure of broken down monthly?

It's all money paid to you for the entire year, and he only does it once annually.
