What are the ways for owner to pay for gas on a 60/40 split owner pays for gas? Do you just give them credit card and hope they dont screw you. What are the safe and smart ways to do it. I know the ideal way would be to have driver pay for gas.
Does any one know where I can get a contract between owner and a driver? Or see a sample. Or maybe some one knows how much it cost to have a lawyer write one up. I don't won't to spend a lot of money as I know lawyers are expensive.

If you are fleet owner and you pay for gas how do you pay it, what are the ways to do it safely? I know most people do 60/40 split driver pays for gas. Thats how I like it too. But some drivers wont me to pay for gas and get paid per mile. Any options that you know of?
If you would have a run from Jacksonvile Fl to Los Angeles which road will you take I 10 all the way or I 10 and I 40? its almost same time and miles I 40 is little less miles and faster per Gps.
All comercial vehicles what does it mean? Does it aplies to c/v, sprinter, cube van under 10000 GVW, or only for over 10001GVW trucks. All comercial vehicles must use scales. If I dont have no signs on van and under 10000 GVW do I need to stop?
