There is a lot of talk in another thread about BMI . I'm curious, of the regulars on here, if you'd fall below the magic number of 35 if you went in today ? I would be 3.8 lbs too heavy today. I'll be at least 10 lbs under it by my next physical. All my wife would tell me is that " BMI...

Just be sure to do the exercises/therapy no matter how painful. My first mother-in-law refused to flex it; too painful. It stiffened up on her and she spent the rest of her life as if her leg was in a cast. It was a major project just to get into or out of a car.

My wife and I are a good match also. She's a good cook I'm a good eater.
