    The Hino 338

Now that, is prolly the most profound thing you have typed about. A combination of [mostly] bad drivers and bad truks has to be madening. I had excellent truks and drivers and that wuz enough for me. Still will recommend a Pete 330 with a 8.3 cumalong. Or, if you wanna go first class and be...

    My Hino Nightmare

We used to haul a lot (at least one load a week) for toyota from IN to CA. I remember back then, hoping folks would continue buying those anchors. They did!!

Hino Service Issues With Hino Reps

Ohh Broomie, if that is sposed to be derogitory, better try again. With more grey matter process. I'd suggest sitt'in under a tree watch'in the girlz go by is the national past time. If not, betcha it's a close second. Potential breakdowns are in fact one of the alligators we wrestle with in...

Hino Service Issues With Hino Reps

What kills me is, they get "burned" by the very thing that they make a living from. I'm wondering where the mental processes come from with some of these posts. Amazing, ain't it?

    Hino Nightmare

Nah. Was not insinuating anything. The only message here wuz- you are the paying customer, don't allow others to force you costly errors. Details were not watched it seems. Above all, YOU dictate the delivery, not someone else, when things are right and good to go.

    Hino Nightmare

You kinda read like a nuther fella that types on here, and has all the answers. My question is then, why did you accept delivery in the first place if you understood it was not right, and with your wrenching skills, why don't you fix it? I understand parts are expensive, but downtime ain't...

    Hino Nightmare

I guess hind sight is 20/20 for you now, and you wish you had not accepted delivery of that truck in your haste to "get rolling", with what you have described as obvious speching mistakes. Many will listen to the sales people about delivery schedule, and "claim" to be truck experts, when, they...

    Hino Nightmare

Yepper it wuz more. But, if you have to or choose to wait for the administrative bs, you may as well go on vacation. Interestingly, bout the time we were going to settle. Katrina came along, and the insurance company for the other truck is based in LA. Funny how things not related to your...

    2006 Hino

Gramma, those conditions are without a doubt challenging. I've even seen unleaded gel up. And no doubt there were a number of others on the side of the road. But, why be with them?? As the Moot mentioned, take on a little #1 if you know you are heading to extremes, and your equipment has...

Kat, many out there are extremely ill prepared to: Git r done Make it easy on themselves in extreme conditions Or, for self preservation Seems to be the nature of the beast. Wing it every day, then whine when it goes south. Probably isn't a set of chains within a...

    Question for Hino Owners

280 HP should be plenty adequate for a single axle application, and what weight you are carrying. Might want to try setting up there and driving it, stead a pok'in the cruise and kick'in back. Specially in the hills.
