Thanks, The dealer said the vnt code. does that mean the actuator is bad and can you change that out without changing the whole turbo

I have a 2007 Hino 268, I will be driving it and it will go into limp mode, I shut the truck down and it resets and runs fine for a while but then does it again. Any ideas on what the cause is? Thanks
