    If you could give me the torque specs that would be great. Just pulled apart the common rail. Took dampers out. Didn't see any spring remninents but did have 2 that looked clogged.

    Update....finally got it started after 4 months of on and off work. I unplugged common rail pressure sensor and bled the fuel lines. Runs a little rough but she runs. I also replaced fuel line from filter housing to back of pump.

    Still working on it, we have fuel at the rail. Almost starts but not quite. Runs for a second then shuts off.

    They said the only way to check compression is with the truck running, which would require me to replace all 6 injectors at 750 each plus labor.

    So I just spoke to the tech at hino. He said they were getting 5000 psi at the pump. But when I cracked the line before I towed it there, I wasn't getting steady pressure.

    Dealer wants to crack cover to check for compression ( i thought this is done from glow plugs?). They said that is the next step. They advised Hino recommends to replace all six injectors. This seems like they are missing something.

    I initially towed it back to my shop (i own a towing business thankfully). I bypassed the tank after the fuel filter direct to pump with can of diesel. No luck, I swapped SCV valve with new one, no luck. I can start it with starting fluid, but then quickly dies after. No symptoms of bad...

    They said pressure to the pump is good, I was worried it was the pump supply at first.

    The dealer said all of the data checks out ok. I'm going to tow it back and try and troubleshoot it myself. Can't see 6 injectors being bad.
