I know the topic has been beat to death but it's been awhile since I've been on here. I'm an owner operator in a straight truck working for a very small carrier, what would be a fair percentage split? They want me to take 60/40! And would it be fair for me to ask for documentation on the agreed...

What should I reasonably expect percentage wise per load and remember I pay for nothing out of pocket...jc

Tennessee and North Carolina passed a law two days ago not allowing commercial vehicles to travel that road anymore, found that out last night when I came out of the mountains...lol my response was-I don't get daily emails from you guys letting me know what's allowed and what's not allowed..
