Yeah but the place she's signed on with takes 30% before she gets it. That is the main reason I asked this question. Now I feel that the truck should get 100% and then owner and driver agree to a a % of split from that.

I was just wondering. Owner I'm driving for contract doesn't say either way and as far as our deal driver gets 100%.

I am just wondering about extra pay like detention, layover, and other additional pay. Is it standard practice for the truck to get all of this pay or not? Or does it only get a percentage of it?

Okay not sure how many of you all here remember the offices that use to be upstairs of truckstops? They were broker offices where independent drivers would find their next load. Oh the good old days of bingo cards....LOL not really but was not that hard just sign a couple of papers, grab couple...

I signed up for this load board for two weeks and seen not one expedite load so in my mind this is a worthless expedite load board, it's more like a regular frieght board.
