I have a 1999 International 4700 series with a 530E. It cranks and cranks but won't start. I've changed fuel filter, cleaned prefilter and checked condition of ball check in prefilter. Have also checked 50 amp fuse in bat box. I guess my next will be the cam sensor. Anyone have any...
