MY husband has been driving with Panther for 4 years The biggest gripe we have poor communcation other then that they are pretty good as long your a team. If drive solo its a losing sitution for everyone involued.:D

If you not experienced I say go with a fleet owner with ateam driver thats been around the block. I wouldn't go in that expense unless I knew what I was getting into. Good Luck

We ran diesel ours got 19 to 20 miles an gallon they have more expenses but anymore gas is getting high too. I would get a hi rise van you'll be able to take loads others can't. It wasn't a dumb question. questions not asking is dumb

I agree just plan on sitting for a while you'll go broke You get a good load out there but getting load out is a joke. having a team sometimes helps.

We have been driving for panther as a team which is better than solo. When u get out west be prepared to be sitting for a while. Loads are few and scarce for a van driver unless u get lucky. We have an cargo van thats getting up there in age runs good has 600,000 original miles. We run for a expedite company. My question should we upgrade to a straight truck? Does straight trucks keep busy compared to a cargo van? Do u sit extended periods waiting on loads with a straight truck...
