I worked at the Pete dealer in OKC they payed all techs by book time. Wheel seal 2 hrs if you did it in 1 hr or 4 hrs you got payed 2. And the shop charged the customer the book time not the hrs that were worked on it.

I would also say 4 weeks. You have all the deductions coming out until you get your first check. And those kill it in a hurry. Sounds like your running good. I've got the same wear pattern but it's on the passenger inside drive tire. No body could tell me what caused it. Even had the rear axle alignment checked and it was fine.

What’s the reason for the APU to shut off when you turn the key on? There is a wire going to the fuse box that is plugged into a “ignition on” spot. Learn something new everyday. I didn't know they had quick pay. Not saying that i would let them have 3% of my pay but interesting. Sounds like a ripoff to me. Along with the all miles program.

Just don't spend the whole advance at one place. Save some of it for when you need it. Your still getting all your money. Just at different times.
