Yes, what do you recommend?

Unfortunately, can't see anything. As if it is locked up. Display is blank and dark. Buttons non responsive. All it has is red light in status and sounds for around 20 seconds. Looked at everything on web for this condition,but no luck. Thanks for any and all advice!!!!!

Older Rigmaster Apu has red light on status and constant beep. Beeps for 20 second intervals. Nothing in display at all. Any ideas????
