Bavarian Motor Transport. The curtainside car haulers. They use those fiberglass nose cones, not for aerodynamics as designed, but to get extra cargo room on 53' trailers. Then they put them on the Truck-Trailer combo's also.

You need to do like BMT. But a trailer cone that pivots up in place of rear doors. Give yourself 12" of extra cargo space. If you can make rear of van more rigid.

I hauled many Hinos when they were assembled in Ca. I never remember ever seeing a nine-speed. Of course, when you're putting trucks on and off your trailer every day they all start to look the same. We'd look for damage,missing parts, and vin numbers. Be sure to read I Work On Hino Trucks...
