and if they are that is gross before all expenses

Yeah, I am the odd one without a sleeper.
I don't know of any "true expedite" companies willing to sign on a non sleeper
Better to check with Air Freight type companies
Or local couriers

Well, $1.10 for a straight truck isn't the worst pay, but it's not the best either. Kinda middle of the road.
FSC(fuel surcharge) will really help you out with the rising fuel costs
Most companies advertise "no forced dispatch" This means that you don't have to accept what they are offering you. If you have to take whatever they call you on then you have forced dispatch.
It depends on what you were told by your recruiter and what is in your contract.
As I said before...
I have to say CIS was a pleasure to work with. They saved me a ton of money over the insurance offered through Ceva.
Plus I can talk to a person rather then wait weeks going through Ceva as I had no direct contact with the insurance company
