Smart phones but not smart stops lights, if vehicles aren't coming from both directions the light should change green instead of making you wait 30 seconds to 2 min. Red lights are make or break, wheels turning are better then being stopped no matter the speed when you have deadlines to meet!

I'd dump all your sprinters except for 2, one for yourself and one for another driver. Save the headache. Rates are low, freight is low.
