    I had 2 accidents last year with Panther vans and I did not have any problem with the insurance company. The insurance company paid the amount minus $1000 deductible. Black ice is considering driver fault.Sorry for your situation .

    I had the same problem. I had a load from Pa to Garry IN ,I paid for 3 tolls $51. $20 PA toll ,$25 OH toll $6 IN toll. When I ask why ,they told me because of the QC. Now I will try the EZ PASS and I will see what will happen.... :(
