    JUNG EXPRESS LOAD ISSUE

The bottom line is, it's all your fault for losing the BOL. I had this happen once, very early in my expediting career. It took 4 months to get paid for that load. You're just going to have to be patient.

C'mon Broom, you know darn well it's WAY to soon to even think about that word.

    Hino vs. Freightliner

Sterling uses vendors like Eaton or Allison for their transmissions and other drive line components. I would be surprised to hear they are having some kind of on-going problems that other makers using these vendors are not. As far as "weird glitches", trucks will have problems. I don't care what...

    War for oil

Oil lubricates the economy of the world. It's free flow is, without a doubt, critical. It's part of every aspect of what happens every day. Diamonds, ummm, aren't.

    Signage and Advertising

If a terrorist were going to use a truck for something, I'm sure FedEx would be a name at the top of the list to use on the truck.

    Have you noticed?

From what I've seen, it just seems like some have patrols and some don't. I don't know how they decide which ones have it and which don't. I've seen stores in relatively rural areas that have it, places that would seem like lower crime areas. I've seen stores in the city that have none. I do...

    salad dressing

Umm... Salad dressing? Are we a little bored tonight, Leo? I'm a 1000 Island guy, with Italian as my second choice if that's not available. I just don't care for the others, so I can only give you 2.

    Laundry

You know, I thought you were just having a little fun and it seemed like everyone else was, too. But, it appears you really are some kind of elitist. Do you guys have, like, special bars and crap like that that you go to?

    Thompson makes his announcement

I guess "her friends" have her on so she can talk about her recipe for meatloaf. Newt has not been turned into a dolphin, an eagle, a lion, a bear(hey, it's Sunday and it's football season), or anything other than a human. So he is, indeed, a person. They are asked to speak on things political...

    lift axle controls

There are a few states that don't allow the controls to be in the cab. I'm not sure which ones. It would be best to mount them in a storage box, for example, to be sure you're in compliance.

    Placement of Sticker

If you have an M2, when you open the drivers door there's a good spot for it in the bottom, right corner of the opening.

    is cdl required

If an idiot goes and gets a CDL, he becomes an idiot with a CDL. The CDL will do nothing to improve his/her driving habits and does nothing to insure that a potential employer can count on any level of competence.

    Panther Pals

When I registered my truck in March, I was told that the MPSC sticker was only going to be used for trucks hauling intra-state only. Trucks with inter-state authority would no longer need it. So, you can do Mich to Mich without the sticker. I was given a copy of a letter from New York State...

    Laundry

Could there be laundry training at White Glove orientation? A laundromat is a public facility just like a truck stop is. You have a lot more people going to the laundromat than the laundry room at the truck stop. I think it's a concern at either place. I did mine at the Petro in Portage, Wi...

    A good company

1.5-2k NET would be the high end to expect as an average over a year. The vast majority of D-unit O/O's are making less than that. Just to be clear, I define NET as money in your pocket after all expenses and taxes.
