We are running the Michelin XDA plus tires, not as good for fuel mileage but great for the wear mileage. We have 320,000 on the tires now, and it looks like we will be able to double that with no problem. Posted with my Droid EO Forum App

At first read, this is sounding like another one of those "no contract " deals. Or at the very least it is a contract that doesn't address all of the possible situations.

I am thinking that you are assuming way too much, nowhere in the article does it say that the driver was headed to the Walmart distribution center. And come on, how can you say with absolute certainty what the road conditions were? "This is flat ground or slightly hilly" makes no sense...
