I agree with you and have been doing alot of figuring, for what CEVA pays us now I can't afford to run my truck. I have been working for Towne a whole lot more, only thing is most of the stuff I haul could been done in a cube. Penske has diesel cubes that hold 4000 lbs GVW is higher then...

Don't have the actual numbers on this computer, one my other computer. but averaged 7.8mpg and paid an average of $2.70 a gallon, mileage might be a little closer to 5500, but still it is alot for fuel 35 cents a mile seems about right for my straight truck, I think I had it figured around there

Fuel is my largest expense every month I doubt my gross will be that high, fuel is nearly 40% of my gross I'm seriously thinking about getting into a diesel cube van or regular cargo van. Already talked to Towne Air and they would have daily use for me in a cube, since a guy is retiring...

Not sure how I did yet but I was busy, I won't know the final number for at least two weeks, when pay sheets come in. I drove over 5000 miles and spent $1780 on Diesel :eek: so it better be good LOL
