clicking sound I believe is a hot relay. It's the small silver looking fuses in the box. They get hot and won't kick back. That is just with the key in the on position. If your starting it and get clicking its the starter.

That makes the most sense of all. But to the owner of that rig your driving, I wonder how many miles and how much money he's thrown away running extra miles being lost??? And again if your paying for the fuel, you should invest in GPS.

I fully agree, but I have had issues with my Tom Tom telling me I was one place and my destination was somewhere else. It's done that several times to me so I am looking for some other type. That Tom Tom has come close to getting deposited along the road somewhere in the desert. What I do now...

Those are really great numbers. I wonder why some have more Turbo and EGR problems than others but it could be the idling. Dennis have you done any numbers yet with your new Max?? What year did the 6cyl come out on the Sprinter? Was it 08?? To bad the fuel economy went away on that...
