I use the Blueparrot Expressway. It comes with over the head or just the ear mounts. I think with all the discounts I ended up paying 52.00 for it. I can hear very good with it and folks can hear me. The mic is addjustable, good for over the ear mount.

The only way I've found that was easy, was to take it to a Blue Becon Truck wash. Just tell you want a reg wash....That stuff they use will strip the dimples off a golf ball.
