"It really should shouldn't". Maybe better work on that first before you worry about anyones "capabilities".

He clearly states he is liberal. So his point of view will come from there. That doesn't mean he is any more wrong or right than the other guy. You are right. Objectivity is hard to find which is my point.

Your piece is from David Gordon who is a total liberal. Of course he is going to offer that kind of opinion. Might have to do better than that. Maybe from someone with some objectivity. About the Mises Institute

    Republicans Start To Cave

I would agree. The time for a third party IF it is going to happen has to be during the primaries. If they fail at that point, then we are back to the D/R routine unless one can carry enough votes and has the money to effect the outcome in a POSITIVE way.

    Republicans Start To Cave

That's exactly it. The idea that money played no part and is a "fallacy" is hilarious. I don't believe I have ever heard a campaign manager ever say on a national level, "We can win this even though we are broke". BTW...I like the Santa over the Grinch comparison.

    Republicans Start To Cave

So we are to assume that raising and spending almost a billion dollars to get elected had nothing to do with Obama winning? Yep....you keep believing that.

    Republicans Start To Cave

That is where the fallacy concept goes out the window. Have to look at the whole picture. It cost zero to make the video on Romney but they spent millions promoting it. Those millions a third party wouldn't come close to having. And....have to remember, Obama only won by 3.5 million votes...

    Republicans Start To Cave

Agree. Have to have the resources and money to do it. Just can't wish them away although it would be a nice thought.

I think you still need a form of welfare for temporary assistance. With a time limit. When time is up, you get no money. If you have kids, you work somewhere providing childcare for others that are working to get your check. Fix two things at once. After listening to screaming kids for eight...

    Republicans Start To Cave

In a perfect world I could almost agree with you. Bad news is, no perfect world. A third party at this point isn't even on the radar as they have no money compared to the dems or republicans. Takes big money to compete at a national level. Just a reality. Changing demographics proved that in...

What is also interesting is I seen a report a year or so ago that was showing people moving to disabilty when their extended unemployment checks were about to run out. Basically a replacement for that check.

    Some Wal-mart employees planning a strike/walkout

Seems like a simple solution. Walmart employees have every right to protest, and Walmart should have every right to replace them. It isn't like they didn't know it was retail when they started working there. As far as comparing expediting, If it doesn't pay enough, we don't haul it. If it was...

That determination should be based on the length of time they are recieving welfare. I'm ok with a safety net for folks because bad things do happen to good people. There has to be time limits on it for the ones that can work. The growing numbers wouldn't support that conclusion. I think...

    O'Reilly article

That is one of the parts I found interesting. So far I haven't seen anything that indicates it isn't factual. Some of these numbers were reported by others through the election. As to whether I am a "premuim member" of O'Rielly or Greta has little to do with the article. I agree that asking...

Obama administration determined to stop Petraeus testimony on Benghazi attack.

Sooo....folks have to use their imaginations when reading your posts to determine whether you are presenting something you might or might not believe? In the future you may want to include a disclaimer for members that "lack imagination" so they can tell whether you believe what you are...

    O'Reilly article

This got forwarded to me and it had some interesting observations. The leftwing media went wild after the election, when analysis showed that many poorer Americans supported President Obama and entitlements could have been a major reason why. Liberals always like to think of themselves as...
