I picked up a bottle of Bragg's raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar last night. Wasn't totally sure how I was going to use it, but it has been recommended to add to my diet. One suggestion, was to add it to my morning Bullet Proof Coffee. Bullet Proof Coffee you may say? A rather strange...

I don't know about more bang for the buck. I'd need a really good reason for wanting to live in Detroit. If I wanted to stay in the Port Huron area, and had $450K to spend. I could get one hell of a house for half that, and not be in Detroit ;)
