I'm not going to mess with the Mrs. Getting paid on time, and correctly, to me, is the sign of a good carrier. I have about as much patience as you do for payroll problems. I hope they get it resolved soon.

My scanner is 100%. I didn't like the idea at first. Now I love it . I can't even remember my last payroll issue. Maybe Joe would function better if they gave him a crank version. :)

Thanks for the responses. Surprisingly no comment from FedEx, and the only comment about Panther I couldn't decipher either way. I would think they would both require physicals. If so, it looks like most carriers require physicals. < 10,000 is not a place for the unhealthy to run and hide...

Beachbum asked about CDLs earlier and I've noticed that questions like that , when asked in a post, seldom get answered. You'd need to start a CDL Required ? Thread.

That's actually a separate issue. Possibly many that require the physical do not require a CDL.

.80 plus .18 looks much better than .85. Of course available work,required deductions play in.

I'd start with the TPS on the pedal. Ot the wiring harness. If there's a roller at the pedal, make sure it doesn't have a flat spot.
