In my experience it's mixed in with everything else. Boston to Wash DC, overnight .... they charge the customer airfreight & a van takes it all the way.

It's tough on a 500 mi run. They're isn't really enough time built into a run of that distance. Best hope is to get to the delivery early and nod off for a bit before they open.
