ExFed, you don't ever want to go back to that dealership again. They hosed you big time! This may be the only repair that is truly easy to do on the E350 powerstroke. No more than an hour of labor if the guy knows what he's doing. I probably went through 4 or 5 of them on mine.

Dale, it's not a 2 hour job. I've done it myself in less than that, and the Intl dealer that did most the work on my van could do it in 45 minutes.
