I got 16. I was particularly proud of getting BMW right. I was expecting to see Bavarian Motor Works. I guess that year of German in high school paid off.
Wouldn't that be to satisfy the insurance company? I don't think it's legally required as they aren't commercial vehicles. There are small companies that don't require that or a DOT on the van.
As the Mootster says, same deal. Put the freight in the truck, take it to the consignee. The difference you seem to be talking about is getting your own authority. OOIDA would be a good place to go to get an idea of what's involved in that.
So, all someone has to do is Photoshop a bunch of "CDLs" and they're good to go with multiple screen names. It would appear the only solution is the status quo.
Hmmm... I was in favor of the paid membership, but now you have me rethinking it, Greg. The enjoyment I get from EO would be worth a couple of bucks. But, I wonder if someone with an ax to grind would be put off by 25 or 50 bucks?
What's wrong with those e-mail providers? I use Hotmail and it's the only one I have.
I believed it right up to Doggie's post. It's fair to say that Layout's a man who's very passionate about his beliefs. Especially where the military is concerned.
No, it's not worth the money. As these things evolve you'd think they'd do less stupid crap. But, this thing does way more dumb things than my 330 did. Here's another recent one. I'm leaving GM metalfab in Indy. You go south, make a right then a quick left and you're at I70. The 465 has me go...
I'm sitting @ the Laredo J and my pickup is off the Bullock about a mile east of 35. The trusty 465 wants me to go north on 35, turn around and go back to the Bullock. When I head south, it resets and wants me to turn around at Carrier and still go north. LOL... Gotta love it!
I replaced the factory Good Years on my '07 M2 106 at 196k. There was still good tread, but the cupping was getting bad. I think that the low weight of the steer contributes to this. I have Centramatics and I'm probably going to go with the Tru-Balance centering sleeve. It centers the drum and...
I should have answered this sooner Dakota, sorry. Yes, it has those things, but the speaker quality is very poor. If you're on a surface street @ 35mph, you'll be able to understand it, probably. But, at xway speeds, forget about it.
I had a Ford mechanic tell me not to do that when I asked about it. While this was common back in the day, as engines have evolved it's not recommended any more. A converter is just one example of something that could be screwed up by doing this.
Big Rig Truck Accessories has locations in Gretna, Ne. and New Braunfels, Tx. I've used the Gretna location twice for repairs and been pleased with their service.
