    October locations

Like it was said before, take a nap in Denver and get out. After 11 yrs in Expediting I would head to El Paso. About the same miles as KC but more CV freight. El Paso is 600 miles from Dallas and 400 from Laredo and Nagalus is just around the corner so it's a call.

    Blog: Engel Refrigerator

Yes he does a great job on his blog with great information. I like that cooler but I don't like the price tag, but I guess you get what you pay for. I guess if anything in a truck last more than a year it's a good item. I'm specing a new truck now and working on the cabinets with refer space...

Before I pay for a long tow on one of mine I'll call Penske and get another truck to get the freight through. It's far less than $3 a mile.

    Talladega race today

Don't know why they run 500 miles when you can get the same results running 100 laps.

I know this has been discussed before but Good Sams club Rv roadside assistance is about $115 for the first year. They have extended towing coverage at no charge. I use them for my C/Vans I know they will tow them. They tow large motor homes under that plan so it might be good to check see it...

If your in a straight truck, do you not have a pallet jack?? My TT's and straight's have one each so they can move pallet's around. Truck to truck unloading etc. Most Truck dealers have fork lifts to move heavy parts. I'm just trying to figure out why you couldn't swap where you were at? If...

    Hazmat's Ford TerraMaxx

I guess he has an argument but I've done the changes in two C/Vans w/6.0 engines and gained 2mpg in each one. Now if you go to an even higher range than yes it would. Chevy makes a 3.55 then a 3.42 those would not work. I have a p/up with a 3.42 and it's crap in the hills with a load. I'll...

Progressive Ins has a deal similar. Plug it in and Progressive can see what your doing so they know how much to charge you. It's a voluntary thingee!!

If you go to the web site it will give you a list of all that it monitors. Mpg, engine temp, oil , cost per mile, trip info, lots of stuff all of it good.

    Hazmat's Ford TerraMaxx

Hey Hazmat. 20,000 miles @ 2 more mpg would have gotten two 3.73 gears. Just off the top of my head about 2400 in gas savings.

AARP Objects to Obama mentioning groups support during debate

NON Partisan ha. Remember a couple of years back when Harry Belafonte was their spokesperson? He went down to Chaves camp in Venezuala and denounced American. AARP stood by his comments. That's when I dropped my membership.

Strange "THUD" During Last Nights President Romneys/Mr Obawas Debate

I thought that as well but one of the thuds was the Ambulance doors closing trying to get the demo's to the hospital.

Whichever model you get, you will get your money's worth. I've used them for years. I wear them out and get a new one. The only reason I have worn them out is swapping vehicles all the time. Now both of my C/Vans have them and if they made one for big Pets's I'd have it on each of them. If...
